To introduce and help delegates understand best practices in competency-based interviewing and to introduce the S.T.A.R. methodology and the Question Cycle.
To develop practical skills in setting up and conducting CBI’s using the S.T.A.R. methodology/Question Cycle.
To ensure an accurate capture of information from a CBI, leading to objective rating of interviewees.

The 3-day course (recommended) allows for full practice of all techniques being shared throughout the course, with video capture interviews being conducted and feedback on techniques being provided instantly.
